Wednesday Night Mixed Doubles Social

January 8 - March 11, 2020

This is an event in high demand!  Come out and enjoy mixed doubles play followed by social in the lounge with drinks and snacks!

Registration

• This event is for members only
• Registration opens on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
• Sign up is for mixed doubles teams.
• Teams will be selected by lottery on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 12 noon.   You are welcome to attend the lottery in the Club lounge. Priority will be given to teams on the previous waitlist – identical teams must be registered for the new season!
• If you would like to play, but do not have a doubles partner, please contact Karin at karin@wvtc.ca.
• There will be two groups of 10 teams, Group A and Group B.
• The teams drawn will be posted on the notice board on Friday, December 27, 2019 in the afternoon.

Additional Information

• Cost is $5 per person, payable at the Front Desk prior to each evening of play
• Balls are provided
• Play from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
• Social from 8:30 p.m. (snacks provided, bar by donation)

Schedule

This event runs from January 8 to March 11, 2020 (excluding January 28 for the Club Championships).  Play schedules will be posted on the notice board 1-2 weeks ahead.

• Jan 8: Group A
• Jan 15: Group B Cancelled
• Jan 22: Group A
• Jan 29: Club Championships – No Social
• Feb 5: Group B
• Feb 12: Group A
• Feb 19: Group B
• Feb 26: Group A
• Mar 4: Group B
• Mar 11: Group A
