Wednesday Night Doubles

October 14 - December 9, 2026

We are upgrading our popular Wednesday Night Doubles event this year! Registration is capped at the first 40 players (men and women), split into two flights that will alternate each Wednesday so everyone gets to play 4 times. We are also adding some friendly competition by tracking individual games won each session, with winners announced at our après-tennis socials on November 25 and December 9.

Event Information
  • This event is for members only.
  • Registration is on an individual basis.
    • 40 spots available for total
  • The coaches will split players into Groups A and B, and the groups will play on alternate Wednesdays.
  • Players will be assigned different partners each week
  • Play is from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
  • Cost is $20 per person (covers all sessions).
  • Balls are provided. Please hand in balls at the Front Desk after use.
  • Enjoy après-tennis in the lounge after playing! Please bring your own beverages and snacks.
Registration
  • Registration opens on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and closes on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Registration is online on a first come, first served basis. See instructions below.
  • Registration is by INDIVIDUAL only.

    • Click below to log into into GameTime (the same system you use for court bookings):

Member Login

    • Click on the ‘Classes and Events’ menu
    • Use the ‘Categories’ filter at top left and select ‘Event’
    • Locate the ‘Wednesday Night Mixed Doubles’ event, and click ‘Select’ (or ‘Join Waitlist’ if there is room on the waitlist).
    • Sign up using a credit card for payment
Schedule

This event runs from October 14 to December 9, 2026.  Play schedules will be posted online in the GameTime court booking system (check courts for Wednesday nights) and on the screen in the Club reception area. Please note: There will be no play on Wednesday, December 2 due to the Mash Up Mixer.
