Member Survey – Please Participate!

Your opinions are important to us!

To gather your input, your Board of Directors has initiated a survey project.  The results of the survey will generate insights around member satisfaction and areas to consider for improvement.  Key findings generated from this research will be used in Club planning, and be presented to the membership at our AGM in September.

This is your opportunity to express your honest and candid opinions anonymously. The confidentiality and anonymity of your responses will be protected. Your name and contact information will not be requested, and no one will be able to attribute your responses to you.

As a member-driven, not-for-profit facility, it is important to hear what you have to say about our Club.  Our last member survey was conducted in 2017, to which we received over 200 responses. This time, we hope to receive at least 300 responses to gather more representative information about our member base.

It should take 7-10 minutes to complete and is open until 6:00 pm on Friday, June 28, 2024.  Please submit it by this time!

Please help us achieve our goal of high member participation, so that insights about your experience at the Club turn into meaningful improvements.
