Mash-Up Mixer Tournament 2025

And now for something completely different. We are hosting our first Mash-Up Mixer Tournament this November! Get ready for some thrilling matches, friendly competition, and a celebration of the beautiful game we all love. This tournament will have rotating doubles teams compete in a round robin format over 5 days.  Points will be tallied individually for each participant. There will be multiple opportunities to play with different partners, making this the “Mash up Mixer”, culminating in a catered Friday night dinner party.

This event is for Club members only.

The Mash-Up Mixer Format

  • Sign up as an individual in the 3.0, 3.5 or 4.0 category.
  • Coaches will assign you to a round robin box.
  • Matches will be played for the full duration of the 1.5 hour scheduled time.
  • Game scores to be reported at the end of your scheduled time.

Registration

  • Opens Monday, November 3, 2025 at 12:00 at noon
  • Registration closes:
    • Players: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at noon
    • Party Only: Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at noon
  • Entry Fee:
    • Players: $50 per person, includes party
    • Party Only (guests welcome): $35 per person
  • No avoidances.
  • The number of players is limited to 50.
  • Registration is online on an individual basis,  first come, first served.

Member Login

    • Click on the ‘Classes and Events’ menu
    • Use the ‘Categories’ filter at top left and select ‘Event’
    • Locate the ‘Mash-Up Mixer’ event, and click ‘Select’ (or ‘Join Waitlist’ if there is room on the waitlist).

Match Play

  • Tournament dates: Monday November 24 to Saturday, November 29
  • Format: Round robin
  • All matches will be played Monday to Friday evenings 5:30-10:00 p.m.
  • Finals: If not completed on the Friday evening, matches will continue on Saturday between 12.30-5.30 p.m. Viewing court available.
  • The bar will be open, serving wine and beer by donation

Tournament Party

  • Friday, November 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
  • Dinner, decor and music.
  • Wine and beer available by donation.
