March 4, 2021: Club Re-opening at 3:30pm
Thank you all for your cooperation and understanding as we employed precautionary measures in closing the Club for 24 hours for sanitization. Yesterday, our COVID Safety and Response Plan was deployed efficiently and effectively, so we have been cleared to resume regular operation and the Club will reopen today at 3:30 pm. All current protocols will remain the same, and in place.
March 3, 2021: 24 Hour Club Closure
There has been a potential COVID-19 exposure at the Club and we have invoked our Response Plan. To ensure the safety of staff and members we are closing for 24 hours, beginning today, Wednesday, March 3, at 3:30 p.m. and reopening at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, March 4. This closure gives us time to sanitize the facility. All members and staff who may have had exposure to risk of COVID-19 infection will be contacted.
Once the Club reopens there is the possibility that the courts will reopen but the Clubhouse and Front Desk will not. If this is the case, members are advised that the phone will not be answered and to be prepared to use the Community Centre for water and washroom facilities. Please monitor this page for updates.
