General Information

  • This event is open to Club members only.
  • This year’s tournament is a doubles-only event.
  • Traditional format: 2 sets, 10 point tie-break.

Categories (all doubles):

ONE category per player. Grouping is by gender and level. The Tournament Director may cancel or combine categories in case of low participation.

    • Women’s Doubles NTRP 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0
    • Men’s Doubles NTRP 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0

Important Dates

  • Tournament dates: Monday, January 26 to Saturday, January 31, 2026
  • Registration opens: Monday, January 12, 2026 at 12:00 noon
  • Entries close: Tuesday, January 20 at 12:00 noon – No cancellations or refunds after this time
  • Draw posted: Thursday, January 22 – evening
  • Finals: Saturday, January 31, 2026 at  3:00 p.m.

Registration

  • Online registration opens Monday, January 12, 2026 at noon
  • Entry Fee: $25 per player
  • Both team members are required to register separately. You will be asked to provide the name of your partner after the payment step has been completed.
  • You will be asked to select your entry category after the payment step has been completed.
  • One avoidance is allowed per team, later start time possible due to work. You may provide information after the payment step has been completed.
  • Click below to log into into GameTime (the same system you use for court bookings):

Member Login

    • Click on the ‘Classes and Events’ menu
    • Use the ‘Categories’ filter at top left and select ‘Event’
    • Locate the ‘Club Championships 2026’ event, and click ‘Select’ (or ‘Join Waitlist’ if there is room on the waitlist).

Social

  • The bar will be open from 6:30 p.m. each weeknight and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Beer and wine $7 by donation.
  • COME AND WATCH THE FINALS on Saturday, January 31, at 3:00 p.m.!
