Tournament Draw and Results: Club Championships 2025

General Information

  • This event is open to Club members only.
  • This year’s tournament is a doubles-only event.
  • Traditional format: 2 sets, 10 point tie-break.

Categories (all doubles):

ONE category per player. Grouping is by gender and level. The Tournament Director may cancel or combine categories in case of low participation.

    • Women’s Doubles NTRP 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0
    • Men’s Doubles NTRP 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0

Important Dates

  • Tournament dates: Monday, January 27 to Friday, February 1, 2025
  • Registration opens: Monday, January 13, 2025 at 12:00 noon
  • Entries close: Thursday, January 23 at 12:00 noon – No cancellations or refunds after this time
  • Draw posted: Friday, January 24 – evening
  • Finals: Saturday, February 1, 2025 at  1:00 p.m.

Registration

  • Online registration opens Monday, January 13, 2025 at noon
  • Entry Fee: $20 per player
  • Both team members are required to register separately. You will be asked to provide the name of your partner after the payment step has been completed.
  • You will be asked to select your entry category after the payment step has been completed.
  • One avoidance is allowed per team, later start time possible due to work. You may provide information after the payment step has been completed.

Member Login

    • Click on the ‘Classes and Events’ menu
    • Use the ‘Categories’ filter at top left and select ‘Event’
    • Locate the ‘Club Championships 2025’ event, and click ‘Select’ (or ‘Join Waitlist’ if there is room on the waitlist).

Social

  • The bar will be open from 6:30 p.m. each weeknight and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Beer and wine $7 by donation.
  • COME AND WATCH THE FINALS on Saturday, February 1, at 1:00 p.m.!
  • Complimentary pizza will be provided by Freshslice Pizza on Friday and Saturday (semis and finals) for players and guests.
