General Information

  • This event is open to Club members only.
  • This year’s tournament is a doubles-only event.
  • Traditional format: 2 sets, 10 point tie-break.

Categories (all doubles):

ONE category per player. Grouping is by gender and level. The Tournament Director may cancel or combine categories in case of low participation.

    • Women’s Doubles NTRP 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0
    • Men’s Doubles NTRP 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0

Important Dates

  • Tournament dates: Monday, January 22 to Friday, January 26, 2024
  • Registration opens: Monday, January 8, 2024
  • Entries close: Thursday, January 18 at 12:00 noon – No cancellations or refunds after this time
  • Draw posted: Friday, January 19 – evening
  • Players’ appreciation  night: Thursday, January 25, 6:30 p.m. 
  • Finals: Friday, January 26, from 5:30 p.m.

Registration

  • Please call or visit the Club’s Front Desk to register.
  • Each player must submit an entry form. Download it here: Entry Form 2024
  • Fee: $50 per player (includes GST). Payment is due upon registration.
  • One avoidance is allowed per team, later start time possible due to work – please provide information on the entry form.

Social

  • The bar is open from 6:30 p.m. each night. Beer and wine $7 by donation.
  • COME AND WATCH THE FINALS on Friday, January 26, from 5:30 p.m.!
  • Players’ appreciation night on Thursday, January 25 at 6:30 p.m. Includes appetizer buffet for players only.
