Celebration of Tennis

This event is for members and their guests. Bring your family and loved ones!

Don’t miss our summer opening event on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.  The Celebration of Tennis is a rain or shine event that brings our members together in a fun evening of tennis, social and delicious food.

Schedule

  • 5:00 p.m.                 Event begins – bar opens
  • 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.     Drop in free fun drills
  • 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.     Chili dinner
  • 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.     Social with live music

General Information

  • Cost: $20.00 per person (includes GST)
  • Chili dinner included, wine and beer $5 by donation
  • No theme, come in your tennis/social attire

Registration

  • Online registration opens Thursday, June 1, 2023 at noon (closes June 12).
  • No refunds issued within 48 hours of the event start time.
  • Guests must be registered by a member.
  • Members may register themselves and their guest(s) in a single transaction. Additional transactions can be made to add members/guests.

MEMBER LOGIN

      • If in Mobile View select ‘Desktop’, then click on the ‘Classes and Events’ menu
      • Use the ‘Categories’ filter at top left and select ‘Event’.
      • Locate the ‘Celebration of Tennis’ event, and click ‘Select’.
      • Select the total number of people you are registering (members and guests), click ‘Register’.
      • Complete the participants list: Select the number of members and guests you are registering, then provide their names:
        • Members: type the last name and select from the membership list
        • Guests: enter the name (last, first), email address and phone number
      • Click ‘Register’ to proceed to the next step to complete payment by credit card.
